七飯町空手道場の新極真会七飯鶴野道場です。本日稽古始めです。トオルくん休みです。
「トオルの分も頑張るぞ」の問いに「押忍！」の大きな声、気合十分です。基本、型、移動、コンビネーション、ミットとこなしました。ミットは後ろ廻し蹴りを当て、いい感じで本日の稽古を終わりました。2021年良いスタートです。

Is enough to answer the question "I'll do my best for Toru".I did the basics, molds, movements, combinations, and mitts.Mitt hit a roundhouse kick and finished today's lesson with a good feeling.2021 is a good start.
