七飯町空手道場、新極真会七飯鶴野道場です。昨日は北斗市の稽古日でしたが、悪天候の為急遽休みにしました。一日空けての稽古ですが、昨日の分も合わせて、元気いっぱいの豆拳士です。今日は移動稽古に時間を掛けました。前屈立ちからの順突き、逆突きは足が決まってから突くように、分解して指導しました。予想に反して上手く行ったと思います。最後は受けの稽古で締めました。今日は豆拳士に乗せられて楽しい稽古でした。来週も楽しくやろうね。
