七飯鶴野道場

七飯町空手道場、新極真会七飯鶴野道場です。お約束通りトオル君一人です。本日のメニューは基本、円形逆突き、移動、型、ミット稽古です。自然に丁寧な指導となりました。

トオル君、今日の方が緊張気味です。後半はいつもの感じで動いてました。やっぱり元気がいいと笑顔も良いね。楽しく稽古になりました。明日は北斗市です。一緒に楽しくやろうね。
