北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。豆拳士、走り回って落ち着かず、稽古開始遅れました。みんな、今日も元気です。準備体操は先輩が引っ張り、一生懸命です。
やっぱり、先輩が居て、少し緊張気味な雰囲気で、全体が締まって見えます。
ミット稽古、コンビネーションも良い感じで進みます。キッズクラス、明日は七飯鶴野道場です。明日も楽しみです。キッズクラス終了後は、一般クラスは補強、連続蹴り、ミットスパーとちょっとハードなメニューをこなしました。楽しく厳しく、今日の稽古出した。
