北斗大野道場

北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。リョウ先輩が引っ張ります。基本、縄跳び、移動、型、コンビネーション、相対稽古と進めました。縄跳びはピョンピョンとタイミングよく飛びます。見てて楽しくなります。相対稽古の突きはヤンチャで見ててハラハラです。

後半は一般クラスの稽古で締めました。キッズクラスは明日は七飯です。楽しくやろうぜ。

Hokuto City Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokuto Ono Dojo.Ryo-senpai pulls it.We proceeded with basic, skipping rope, movement, pattern, combination, and relative training.The skipping rope flies at the right time.It will be fun to watch.Relative training thrusts are jarring to see in Yancha.The second half was closed with general class lessons.Kids class will be Nanae tomorrow.Let's have fun
