北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。キッズクラスの稽古ですが、トオル君一人です。本日のメニューは基本、円形逆突き、ミット稽古です。トオル君頑張りました。
声も出て突き、蹴りも良かったです。ミットは回り込み、ミットスパーをしました。笑顔で楽しくできたと思います。明日も一人の予定です。一緒に頑張ろうね。
Hokuto City Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokuto Ono Dojo.It's a kids class lesson, but Toru is alone.Today's menu is basic, circular reverse thrust, and mitt practice.Toru did his best.The voice was also pierced and the kick was good.The mitt went around and did a mitt spar.I think I enjoyed it with a smile.I will be alone tomorrow.We will work hard together.
