北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。体験者を迎えてのキッズクラスの稽古です。基本、縄跳び、シャトルゲームをしました。豆拳士、体験者を上手くリードします。やるね豆拳士。体験者、縄跳び上手です。皆さん頑張りました。ありがとうございます。
最後は豆拳士と先生とのスパーリングのです。休みことなく攻め続け、いい感じで終わりました。今までのミット稽古の成果が出ましたね。明日も頑張ろうね。
