森町道場キッズクラス

森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。基本、縄跳び、移動稽古です。女の子2名、ハニカミながら静かに稽古がスタートします。声が出てだんだんと乗ってきました。蹴りは躍動感が出てきました。移動は前屈立ちからの順突き、逆突きと難なくこなします。次は日曜日です。楽しく頑張ろうね。
