森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。基本、縄跳び、移動稽古をしました。まだまだ形にはなってませんが、のびのびと稽古してます。笑顔と笑いありの楽しい稽古です。来週も頑張ろうね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice for kids class.I did basic, skipping rope, and mobile training.It hasn't taken shape yet, but I'm practicing freely.It's a fun lesson with a smile and laughter.Let's do our best next week.
