森町道場キッズクラス

森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。本日のメニューは基本、縄跳び、シャトルゲーム、移動稽古です。基本は号令に合わせて技を繰り出しますがなかなか揃いません。でも、足が上がる様になってきました。ところどころに進歩を見せます。シャトルゲームは競争です。いい感じです。最後の移動稽古は良い反応を見せます。来週も期待してますよ豆拳士！

Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice for kids class.Today's menu is basic, skipping rope, shuttle game, and mobile training.Basically, the technique is performed according to the command, but it is difficult to prepare.But my legs are getting higher.I'm making progress here and there.Shuttle games are competition.feel well.The last move lesson shows a good reaction.I'm looking forward to next week as well!
