森町道場キッズクラス

森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。今日は2名の参加です。基本、移動、ミット稽古をしました。基本の廻し蹴り二人とも決まってます。

移動稽古は前屈立の突きです。ミット稽古は突きと蹴りをしました。突きは力が伝わってきました。進歩してます。何か嬉しいです。来週もがんばろね。

Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice for kids class.Two people are participating today.I did basic, moving, and mitt training.Both basic roundhouse kicks have been decided.Mobile training is a forward bending thrust.The mitt practice stabbed and kicked.The power was transmitted to the thrust.I'm making progress.I'm happy with something.Good luck next week...
