森町道場キッズクラス

森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。今日のメニューは基本、縄跳び、受け、ミット稽古です。おしとやかな二人ですが、段々と熱が入ってきます。最後のミット稽古は強い蹴りを出してました。いい感じで終え、楽しい稽古でした。次回は日曜日です。頑張ろうね。

Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice for kids class.Today's menu is basic, skipping rope, receiving, and mitt training.The two are graceful, but the heat gradually comes in.The last mitt practice was a strong kick.It ended with a good feeling and it was a fun lesson.Next time is Sunday.Let's do our best.
