森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。今日は1組の参加です。新豆拳士、笹谷兄弟頑張りました。基本、受け、ミット稽古をしました。受けの稽古はスポンジ棒を使いましたが、体に当たり面白おかしく、笑いながら楽しくできました。ミット稽古では一生懸命突きと蹴りを出します。来週も楽しい稽古で頑張ろうね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice for kids class.Today is one group of participants.New bean fist, Sasaya brothers did their best.Basically, I received and practiced mitts.I used a sponge stick to practice the reception, but it was funny because it hit my body and I enjoyed it while laughing.In mitt training, I will do my best to thrust and kick.Let's do our best next week with fun lessons.
