森町にある空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。

本日は2021年稽古始めです。一般・ジュニアクラス集合です。

基本、縄跳び、補強、相対稽古を行いました。ジュニアの皆さん足が上がりますね。

縄跳びは一般部、真由美さんジュニア、心春ちゃん目立ってました。

相対稽古は光陽君気合入ってました。稽古始めで皆さん気合入って、賑やかな稽古になりました。　次回も期待してます。

It is a karate dojo in Morimachi, Shinkyokushinkai Morimachi dojo.Today is the beginning of 2021 training.It is a general / junior class set.Basic, skipping rope, reinforcement, and relative training.Juniors will be able to lift their legs.The skipping rope was conspicuous in the general department, Mayumi-san, Jr., and Shinharu-chan.Relative training was enthusiastic about Koyo.At the beginning of the lesson, everyone got excited and it became a lively lesson.I'm looking forward to the next time.
