森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。本日、天候荒れ模様、皆さん良く来てくれました。そして、サンビレッジはいつも暖かいです。環境に感謝です。基本、型、コンビネーション、相対稽古と進め、スパーリングで締めました。菜々子先輩が久々に参加しましたので華のあるスパー稽古でした。ジュニアクラスも一般相手に奮闘です。今日も楽しく稽古が出来ました。明日も頑張ろうね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo and Shinkyokushinkai Morimachi Dojo.Today, the weather is rough and everyone has come.And Sun Village is always warm.Thank you for the environment.I proceeded with basic, mold, combination, and relative training, and tightened with sparring.Nanako-senpai participated in it for the first time in a while, so it was a brilliant spar practice.The junior class is also struggling against general opponents.I enjoyed practicing today as well.Let's do our best tomorrow.+
