森町道場健康クラス

森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。本日の健康コース、4組の参加です。

いつも通りの内容ですが保護者の皆さん、空手の形が良くなってきました。突きも蹴りもいい感じです。最後はシャトルゲームで締めました。

楽しい時間でした。今後、健康コース改め健康クラスにしました。良い健康クラスにしていきたいと思います。

後半はジュニアクラス、移動と型を稽古しました。型は裏大極と足技1,2,3です。

明日も頑張ろうね。

Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.Today's health course, 4 groups are participating.As usual, parents, the shape of karate has improved.It feels good to poke and kick.The last was a shuttle game.it was a fun time.In the future, the health course will be changed to a health class.I would like to have a good health class.In the second half, I practiced junior class, movement and patterning.The type is back Taiji and footwork 1,2,3.Let's do our best tomorrow
