森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。一般クラス・ジュニアクラスの三月最初の稽古です。基本、縄跳び、補強、コンビネーション、移動、型と進めました。今日は冬真くん声が出て目立ってました。入門当時を思い出しました。豆拳士、全体的にいい感じで仕上がってます。レベルアップの三月にしようね。
