森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。新年度最初の稽古です。気持ちも新たに頑張ろうね。でも、冬真くんいないので少し寂しい出だしです。基本、縄跳び、壁蹴り、補強、ミット稽古と進めました。各セクションごとに豆拳士に細かい指摘をしますと、こちらの方を向き熱心に聞いてます。こちらも指導に熱が入ります。教わり上手な豆拳士、今年度は期待度が上がります。最後はリョウ先輩が仕切り仲良くモップ掛けです。次は日曜日、宜しくね。
