北海道森町にある空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。
森町も雪が降ってます。その中で、皆さん良く来てくれました。創指導員の元、今年の締めの稽古です。帯取りですが、豆拳士トリッキーな動きで、一般クラスを惑わせます。相対稽古は力の入った良い稽古でした。帯研は本田さん参加で型を中心に行いました。締めの稽古盛り上がったと思います。皆さん良い年を迎えて、健康第一で新年の稽古に出ようね。

It is a karate dojo in Mori-cho, Hokkaido, Shinkyokushinkai Mori-cho dojo.It's snowing in Morimachi as well.Among them, everyone came often.This is the closing lesson of this year under the guidance of the creative instructor.Although it is a obi sash, the tricky movement of the bean fist confuses the general class.Relative training was a good and powerful training.Mr. Honda participated in the obi lab, focusing on the mold.I think the closing lesson was exciting.Let's all have a good year and start practicing the New Year with health first.Oshino!
