森町道場

北海道森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。一般、ジュニアクラスの稽古です。基本、縄跳び、補強、シャトルゲーム、型をしました。シャトルゲームは２名１組で行いましたが、競う形になり焦ってシャトルを落としたりなど笑いある楽しいものとなりました。明日から２月です。みんな、来月も頑張ろうね。
