森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。基本、補強、コンビネーション、スパー稽古と進めました。補強ではジュニアクラス頑張りました。光陽くんスクワット良かったよ。スパー稽古では心春ちゃん落ち着いてました。光陽くん余裕をのぞかせてます。百春くんパンチが良く出てました。最後はしっかりモップ掛けです。明日の稽古もよろしくね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.We proceeded with basics, reinforcements, combinations, and spar training.I did my best in the junior class for reinforcement.Koyo-kun squat was good.Shinharu-chan was calm during the spar training.Koyo-kun has a margin.Hyakuharu-kun punched well.The last is a mop.I look forward to tomorrow's lessons.
