森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。一般クラスの休みがあり、ちょっと寂しい感じです。全体的に声が小さく、気合不足を指摘しました。基本後半から雰囲気が良くなりました。補強、縄跳び、シャトルゲーム、ミットスパーで締めました。来週も気合を入れて頑張ろうね。
