森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。一般・キッズクラスの稽古です。本日のメニューは基本、壁蹴り、ターンダッシュ、ミットの稽古です。基本の蹴りはジュニアクラス足が良く上がってました。壁蹴りは冬真くんいい感じです。ターンダッシュは競争です。一生懸命です。思わず応援します。ミットも一生懸命です。今日は寒い中ありがとう。明日もよろしくです。
