森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。一般クラス・ジュニアクラスの稽古です。
基本、縄跳び、補強、移動をしました。ジュニアクラス補強はいい感じです。大分慣れてきました。審査も近いので移動稽古に時間を掛けました。いい感じで来てますので焦らず頑張ろうね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.It is a practice of general class and junior class.Basic, skipping rope, reinforcement, and movement.Junior class reinforcement is a nice touch.I'm getting used to it.Since the examination is near, I took time to practice on the move.I'm coming with a good feeling, so let's do our best without rushing.
