森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。ジュニア・一般クラスの稽古です。
今日は基本、縄跳び、相対稽古、ミットスパーをしました。ジュニアクラス随所に良いところを見せます。もっと上手くなるようにと指導に力が入ります。来週も頑張ろうね。
新年度になりましたが、一般部参加者が少なく寂しいです。皆さんが早く揃う環境が来ればいいなと思いました。
Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.This is a junior / general class lesson.Today I did basic, skipping rope, relative training, and mitt spar.I will show you the good points everywhere in the junior class.I will focus on teaching so that I can improve.Let's do our best next week.It's the new year, but I'm lonely because there aren't many participants in the general club.I wish there was an environment where everyone could get together quickly.
