北斗大野道場

北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。一般クラス・キッズクラス集合です。

本日は基本、縄跳び、カエル飛び、型、ミットの順で行いました。豆拳士、声だけは一般に負けてません。基本は元気です。型は大極1と3ですが先輩を手本によくできたと思います。ミット稽古もコンビネーションのつながりがスムーズになってきました。先輩に少し成長を見せてます。明日は七飯だよ。頑張ろうね。
