北斗大野道場

北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。今日は暖かい日です。窓から入る日差しがまぶしいです。今日も豆拳士は元気です。今日のメニューは基本、縄跳び、移動、コンビネーション、ミットスパーです。一生懸命に蹴り、突き、はしゃぐ様な縄潜りや飛び越し、時折見せる笑顔、茶目っ気たっぷりで楽しい稽古でした。明日の稽古は休みですが、明後日の稽古は宜しくね。

Hokuto City Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokuto Ono Dojo.Today is a warm day.The sunlight coming in through the window is dazzling.Mamekenshi is fine today as well.Today's menu is basic, skipping rope, moving, combination and mitt spar.It was a fun and playful practice with hard kicks, thrusts, frolicking rope dives and jumps, occasional smiles, and playfulness.Tomorrow's lessons are closed, but the day after tomorrow's lessons are nice.
