北斗大野道場

北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。日中は暖かかったので豆拳士、動きが良いです。基本、縄跳び、ミット稽古をしました。縄跳びは飛び越し、潜りを入れましたがやっぱり競争してしまいます。ぶつかって怪我しないかとハラハラです。最後はミットスパーです。動きが単調でなく良かったと思います。明日は七飯だよ。頑張ろう！
