北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。本日は基本、縄跳び、型、移動、コンビネーション、ミットを行いました。
ミットは突きと蹴りを分けて行いました。皆さん、突きも蹴りも気合が入ってました。
今日も元気な豆拳士です。創指導員が参加して盛り上がりのある稽古でした。

Hokuto City Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokuto Ono Dojo.Today we did basic, skipping rope, patterning, moving, combination and mitt.The mitt was divided into thrust and kick.Everyone was enthusiastic about pushing and kicking.I'm a healthy bean fist today.It was a lively lesson with the participation of the creative instructor.Thank you for the fun training.
