森町道場キッズクラス

森町空手道場、新極真会北海道森町道場です。キッズクラスの稽古です。皆さん寒い中良く来てくれました。基本、移動、受け、ミットの稽古をしました。準備運動、皆さん柔軟性ありますね。騎馬立ち合掌はお願いのポーズで可愛いです。今日は最後まで通して良く出来ました。頑張ったね。次回もよろしくね。

Morimachi Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokkaido Morimachi Dojo.This is a kids class lesson.Everyone came often in the cold.I practiced basics, movement, receiving, and mitts.The preparatory movement, everyone is flexible.The horse-riding gassho is cute in the pose of the request.I was able to go through to the end today.You did your best.Nice to meet you next time.
